Description:
this recipe i got from a comic called "yakitate japan" (there's a pun here.... "pan" means bread... so "japan" means japanese bread.. hehehe)
the character in the comic described this as : so easy even an anime producer can make it!
it was described as being "fuwa fuwa" which means that it's soft and light.

Ingredients:
350g bread flour
21g butter, cubed
21g sugar
35ml milk
180ml water
5g dry yeast
6.5g salt

Directions:
1. add ingredients into the rice cooker bowl in this order: flour, sugar, salt, yeast (mixed in water), water, milk.
2. knead.
3. add butter, knead until soft, smooth.
4. form a ball.
5. leave in a warm place for 60min. to ferment.
6. take out the gas from the bread by DROPPING FROM ABOUT A 50CM HEIGHT (be careful to keep it round) DO NOT punch it with your fist.
7. let it ferment again for another 60min.
8. cook in rice cooker for 60min.
9. turn it over.. and cook for ANOTHER 60min.
10. turn it over again...and cook for a FINAL 60 min.

ENJOY!!!
